We started using the Smart Panel Walling System because it is faster and stronger than traditional brick veneer builds. It exceeds all other building methods in relation to insulation qualities, strength, fire resistance, ease of build, adaptability for design as it is a monolithic construction method.

What Is Smart Panel Walling System
Smart Panel Walling System is what is known in the construction industry as a SIP - Structurally Insulated Panel.
Each panel is a construction grade polystyrene core surrounded by a steel mesh grid sheet on either side, these mesh grids are tied together with a steel wire truss structure as seen in the image above.

The panels are erected on site (a three bedroom home in one day) and then each side of the panel has concrete (shot creted) on each side to produce a 4cm thick wall, floor or roof surface.
Basically the easiest way to think of it is a concrete esky or chiller box that is stronger than brick veneer and much stronger than a timber or steel
